ORIGIN: Found in Borneo near Mt Kinabalu at elevations of 1200 to 2000 meters.
DESCRIPTION: Medium sized, cool growing epiphyte epiphyte with close set, basally swollen, strongly complanate, 2 to 3 noded, sulcate, oblong, bulbous thickening, slender above, laterally flattened, many noded, more or less branching, yellow, shiny, longitudinally grooved, nodes slightly inflated stems carrying distichous, coriaceous, many nerved, mid nerve prominent beneath, linear, grass-like, long acuminate, very unequally bilobed apically, basally clasping leaves that blooms in the later fall on several, short, fasciculate, successively single, few flowered inflorescence arising from the uppermost nodes opposite the leaves and carrying white to white and yellow flowers.
