ORIGIN: Found in Amazonas Peru at elevations of 3150 meters.
DESCRIPTION: Medium sized, cold growing epiphyte with simple, cane-like, terete, straight stems carrying all along the stem, more than 10, narrowly lanceolate,obtuse, thin, subcoriaceous, apical margin erose leaves that blooms in the fall ona terminal, arising through 1 to 2, prominent, tubular basally, open abover, acute spathes, paniculate, bottom 2 branches short, 1.2 to 2.4 [3 to 6 cm] long, arcuate, each branch above compact, central branch 4.8 to 6 [12 to 15 cm] long, rachis terete, naked, 5.6 to 8.8 [14 to 22 cm] long, overall, simultaneously 50 to 70 flowered inflorescence with very short, filiform, floral bracts and carrying resupinate flowers without fragrance or color data.
