DESCRIPTION: Medium sized, cool growing epiphyte with simple, canelike, terete, erect, robust stems carrying 89, alternate, articulate, subcoriaceous, narrowly elliptic, margin entire, acute, preading leaves that blooms in the later spring on a terminal, racemose to paniculate, slightly arching, peduncle, thin straight, very short nearly totally hidden by the spathe, the rachis, 2 to 7.6 [5 to 19 cm] long, thin, straight, 2.8 to 8.4 [7 to 21 cm] long, 3 to 6 branched, each branch 2.8 to 4.8 [7 to 12 cm] long, densely many flowered inflorescence nearly as long to slightly.
