ORIGIN: Found in Peru on the eastern slope of the Andes at elevations around 2300 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Mini-miniature to miniature sized, cold growing epiphyte with branching, branches very short, cane-like, basally terete, laterally compressed towards the apex, very thin stems carrying 10 to 13 on the main stem, all along the apical 2/3’s of the stem, 1 to 6 on the branches, alternate, articulate, subcoriaceous, linear-lanceolate, obtuse, minutely apiculate, margin entire leaves that blooms on a terminal, occurring only once, peduncle terete, thin, with a snall, narrowly triangular, acuminate bract, racemose, simultaneously 3 flowered inflorescence with much shorter than the ovary, triangular-lanceolate, acuminate, amplexicaul floral bract and carrying non-resupinate, white flowers.
