ORIGIN: Found in Colombia without collection data but assumed to be from either the department of Choco or Antioquia.
DESCRIPTION: Mini-miniature sized, caespitose epiphyte with simple, cane-likeerect, terete,, flexuous, the new stem arising from the basal or lower nodes of the previous stem and carrying 6 to 10, all along the stem, succulent, rigid, green with reddish flushing when in the sun, persistent, non articulate, lanceolate, bilobed, margin minutely serrulate, unequal the median larger leaves that blooms in the spring on a terminal, without a spathe, distichous, subsessile, simultaneously 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence with longer than the ovary, leaf like but smaller, basally conduplicate, progressively shorter above floral bracts and carrying non-fragrant, green tinged with red flowers with the lip olive green with reddish dots.
