ORIGIN: Found in Vietnam in primary evergreen, broad-leaved, humid forests on steep slopes of remenant limestone mountains on old mossy tree, at elevations of 1100 to 1300 meters.
DESCRIPTION: Mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with an erect, leafy stem enveloped completely by imbricate leaf base sheaths carrying 6 to 10, distichous, oblomg, broadly lanceolate to narrowly ovate, straight, rigid, fleshy, distinctly conduplicate, emarginate to unequally bilobed apically leaves that blooms in the late spring and early summer on an axillary, unbranched, peduncel .4 to 1.2 [1 to 3 cm] long, rigid, straight to slightly flexuose, with numerous, small, triangular, acute, sterile bracts, rachis striaglt to slightly arching, 3.6 [9 cm] long overall, densely many flowered inflorescence with broadly triangular to broadly ovate, obtuse to acute floral bracts.
