Description: A medium-sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte found in Western New Guinea. The flowers are mostly chartreuse, with burgundy markings bleeding to the front from the outer surface of the petal. The name refers to the column, side lobes, and petals which resemble a bloodshot eye.
Culture: Easy to grow. Likes intermediate light and temperatures. Even watering with a slight reduction in the wet season.
