Description: This is an older and rather uncommon primary hybrid. It was in my father's collection when I took over and he does not recall where he got it from. The plant typically blooms at least twice a year on one or more inflorescence, carrying around 20-25 flowers per inflorescence. The flowers are a good approximation of the parents and vegetatively the plant mostly resembles V. curvifolia.
Culture: This plant is currently (9/20) being grown with my high light vandas.Due to its background, I am certain it would fair much better with slightly reduced light and slightly cooler temperatures. I believe this to be why it is typically the first vanda to bloom in the spring and the last vanda to bloom in the fall.
