Blc. Golden Emperor 'Valley Isle' AM AOS

Description: This is a first bloom of a mericlone from Exotic Orchids of Maui. The single flower is large measuring 6 inches across. The petals and sepals are creamy white; not a pure white. The lip is outstanding with yellow veins in the inner portion, The long lasting flower is fragrant.

Culture: The plant is growing in a 4-inch plastic pot with bark mix as the media. The plant is grown outside under 50% shade cloth. It is watered 2-3 per week and fertilized weekly with MSU formula fertilizer.
