Help with ID of this Eria sp.

Does anyone know the id of this Eria sp.  This is an old plant (at least 20 years). I was told it was a species for Vietnam when I bought it.

Cane like pseudobulbs are up to 5 inches long and have 2-5 terminal lanceolate leaves (up to 3 inches long).  Inflorescences  arise from nodes after a hard winter’s rest.  They leave a pit like scare on the pseudobulbs.  Roots are hair like.  The flower is about 0.5 in width.  Photo's of each characturistic can be found under Eria sp. in my plant folder.

    Eria apertiflora is now called Pinalia apertiflora, according to Orchid Wiz, and I see the award. Why don’t you contact Spingwater Orchids? Than carries Vietnamese plants. He and Andy’s Orchids would be the two people who might know.

    Hi Robert, Looking at Orchid Wiz Er Calusa, that flower looks more star shaped and the leaves look thin - I will email you the page

    HI Carol, Thanks. The flowers do look similar and plant habit is good, but it does not have the bracts on the inflorescence. see http://vietnamorchirds-nguyentienquang.blogspot.com/2013/04/eria.html. Prof. Leonid V. Averyonov (has published extensively on orchids of the region) suggests it is close to E. apertiflora - it would have to be a semi alba because it does not have the purple(?) in the lip (at least in Jay's site). SITF blog has picture along with "Eria clausa, award 20096658, has been confirmed to be Eria apertiflora by SITF, Nov. 2009, with the assitance of Eric Christenson." that look reasonable close. It is bloom right now - I added a picture of this year's blooms to the file in my plant collection.

    One of my experts suggested you check out Eria bractescens. I looked on Jay Pfahl’s Orchid Encyclopedia and the photos look like its a white flower. It also suggests another plant but check it out. Carol
