What is this?

A friend found several of these plants growing in his side yard. He has phals and other orchids growing on his trees and wanted to know if this also is an orchid. He believes the bulbs, shown in the other photo, were in a bag of mulch he purchased. If anyone can identify this flower and bulb, firstly as the type of flower, and secondly, if it is an orchid, what type of orchid it is, he will be very appreciative.

    It's Eulophia graminea, an invasive exotic first found in SE Florida in 2006. Possibly first spread by infested mulch, but volunteering in my yard spontaneously. It's now spreading widely in south Florida
