Place them in an appropriate mix, not more than 1/4 of their depth down in early spring, mist them lightly and infrequently; do not water them until their roots have entered the compost; water will cause the shoot to rot; keep them moist, not soggy. OR81-101

    My 3 Pleione formosana have 2new growths each, and half seemmature and the other half have simply stopped growing. All of the leaves have also sarted to curl backward, and mottle all over with some yellowing. They sit in an east window, nearest the fan/humidifier, and are potted in a loose, but water retentive substrate of bark, perlite, coco peat, and turface. I have never allowed them to dry fully, but they are never water-logged either, and receive a very weak dose of fertilizer with every watering, like all my orchids. I am not sure if theyre ok, or if I have made some mistake. Any help is appreciated.
