L. Read cautions and warnings on the container label each time used. 2. Lock up all chemicals; Don't let children use them; Keep them in the original container. 3. Don't use them close to an open flame or lit cigarette. 4. Avoid inhaling the spray or dust. 5. Bathe after spraying; change clothes; wash them. 6. Cover vegetables and food sources; avoid pets and ponds. 7. Clean equipment after; use separate equipment for herbicides, 8. Dispose of waste carefully; discard containers into closed refuse protected from children and pets. 9. Do not suck or blow or siphon with the mouth on the hose or tubes or pipes of the equipment. 10. If sickness occurs, take the patient and and spray container to nearest emergency care. A68-584; see also Poisoning; see also names of pesticides

SPRAYS: Harmful Aerosol white oil is possibly damaging to plants; it is 60% ingredient of some sprays; the temperature of such a spray may be too cold on contact with the plant; experiment first. AU79-197Small white spots on flower lips can be caused by Physan mixed with Benlate as a spray; illus. A77-435 0
SPRAYS: Mix of Fertilizer, Benlate and Physan Don't use it; use Benlate sparingly so resistance in pests does not build up; it does not normally need a wetter-sticker; Physan is primarily an algae spray. A82-1061 0
SPRAYS: Regular, for Insects Never spray unless it is necessary because preventative spraying is the best way to breed resistant strains. A87-616 0
SPRAYS: With Xylene Carrier The carrier can do more plant damage than the insecticide; malathion spray (standard) caused crown damage to lycaste and neomoorea; wettable powder malathion does no damage; but xylene is effective in conveying the insecticide to scale and hard-shell insects.
