DESCRIPTION: Mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with erect ramicauls enveloped basally by 2 short, tubular, conduplicate, acute, imbricating, papyraceous sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, elliptic, oblanceolate to obovate, conduplicate, acute, slightly emarginate to tridenticulate, cuneate below into the short, petiolate base leaf that blooms in the fall and winter on a distichous, loose, racemose, to 12 [to 30 cm] long, cylindric, progressively congested, zig-zag, single, successively several flowered inflorescence.
