ORIGIN: Found in Ghana, Ivory Coast, Togo, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Gulf of Guinea Islands, Rwanda, Zaire, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Angola, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe and the Comoros Islands on twigs and branches at elevations of 950 to 2600 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Miniature sized, warm to cold growing epiphyte with a short, erect stem carrying 4 to 10, arranged in a fan shape, tapering from base to apex, deep V groove on the upper surface, rigid, rather fleshy, glabrous leaves that blooms in the spring on a longer than the 2 leaves, many flowered, slender, racemose, 8 to 10 [20 to 25 cm] long inflorescence with brown small bracts.
