ORIGIN: Found in Alagoas and Bahia states of Brazil in Atlantic coastal rainforests at elevations of 800 to 1000 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with erect, spindle-shaped, slightly compressed pseudobulbs carrying 2, apical, narrowly elliptical to linear leaves that blooms on a short to 1 1/4 long, 1 to 2 flowered, racemose inflorescence with non-resupinate flowers and occurs in the late winter and early spring.
