ORIGIN: Found in western Guangxi, southern to western Yunnan China, Laos and Vietnam on tree trunks or rocks in broad-leaved evergreen forests at elevations of 700 to 1100 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Large to giant sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with an elongate, branched stem carrying many, ligulate, coriaceous, bilobed apically, basally clasping leaves that blooms in the fall on a lateral, short, 2 to 7 flowered inflorescence.
