ORIGIN: Represented species photos are of Rhipidoglossum pulchellum var. geniculatum (Summerh.) Garay 1972 which occurs only in Cameroon, Zaire and Uganda.

DESCRIPTION: Represented species photos are of Rhipidoglossum pulchellum var. geniculatum (Summerh.) Garay 1972 which occurs only in Cameroon, Zaire and Uganda and differs in it's usually longer to 10, many flowered inflorescence as well as much longer lateral sepals to 1.1 mm and angling at the base sepals and petals that flowers in the summer.
