ORIGIN: Found in Venezuela, Colombia, western Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia in cloud forests near the summit of coastal hills at elevations of 60 to 500 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with very small, round, tightly clustered pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, thick, lateral, lanceolate, acute leaf that blooms in the spring on a basal, erect, 3/4” [2 cm] long, several [9 to 15] flowered inflorescence.
