ORIGIN: Found in the Eastern Himalayas, Bhutan, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam in montane forests at elevations of 400 to 1100 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Miniature sized, warm to hot growing epiphyte with 2 [5 cm] distant, globose pseudobulbs carrying a single apical, narrowly elliptical leaf that gradually narrows into a conduplicate petiole and blooms in the fall on an erect, basal, 7 [17.5 cm] lomg, many small flowered inflorescence arising on a mature pseudobulb.
