ORIGIN: Found in southern Yunnan province of China, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Malaysia, Sumatra and Java on trees in dense forests at elevations of 800 to 1000 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Small sized, warm growing epiphyte that requires a tree fern mount to accomodate the rambling growth pattern, light shade, ample moisture and high humidity and has 2.2 between each ovoid-elliptic pseudobulb with an elliptic, obtuse, conduplicate below into the short petiolate base leaf that blooms in the late spring on a basal, 3.6 [9 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence with two to three well spaced bracts and holding the umbellate rachis with 10 flowers beneath the leaf.
