ORIGIN: Found in Madagascar on twigs and branches of shrubs and small trees at elevations of sea-level to 2350 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Small sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte occurring on twigs and smaller branches of bushes and trees with a short stem carrying 4 to 5, fleshy, elliptic or obovate, dark, glossy green leaves that bloom on a pendant, 8 [to 20 cm] long inflorescence with a few to many, fragrant flowers occurring in the summer.
