ORIGIN: Found in Argentina, the Falklands and southern Chile.

DESCRIPTION: Cold gropwing terrestrial that blooms in the late spring and early summer on an erect, terminal, 12 to 20 [30 to 50 cm] long, 5 to 10 flowered inflorescence.
