ORIGIN: Found in Assam, eastern Himalayas, Myanmar and Laos at elevations of 1300 to 1700 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Small to medium sized, cool growing epiphyte with long, slender, smooth, branching, becoming pendulous with age stems carrying entire, sessile, distichous, linear-lanceolate, acute to acuminate leaves that blooms in the late winter and spring on a short to .54 [1.3 cm] long,, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence arising from the nodes near the apex of the stem and carrying fragrant flowers.
