ORIGIN: Found in China, Assam, Bangladesh, eastern Himalayas, Bhutan and Nepal on moss covered rocks in forests at elevations of 1660 to 2800 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Miniature sized, cool to cold growing lithophyte or epiphyte with 1 to 1.6 [2.5 to 3.8 cm] between each narrowly cylindric-ovoid pseudobulb and carrying 2, apical, narrowly elliptic-lanceolate, coriaceous, sessile to shortly petiolate base leaves that blooms in the fall on a terminal, single flowered inflorescence with an ovate-lanceolate, acute floral bract.
