DESCRIPTION: Creeping, small sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial orchid with 5 to 6, ovate, shortly pointed, slightly heart-shaped basally into a slender petiolate base leaf that blooms in the fall on an erect, slender, 2 to 4 [5 to 10 cm] long, shortly pilose, 2 to 6 flowered, racemose inflorescence arising after the orchid has matured and has 1 to 2 sterile bracts.
