DESCRIPTION: Small sized, hot to cool growing terrestrial with cylindrical pseudobulbs carrying 2 to 4, long-petiolate, lanceolate, acute, pleated leaves that blooms in the spring and summer on an erect, slender, to 2 1/2' [75 cm] long, lax many flowered, racemose inflorescence arising on a mature pseudobulb with long-lasting, not wide opening flowers.
