Pentisea caerulea is an orchid species identified by (R.Br.) Szlach. in 2001. Culture information and photos for this orchid are commonly detailed under the currently accepted name of Caladenia caerulea.
ORIGIN: Found as a miniature sized, cool to cold growing, terrestrial species in Western Australia at elevations of 5 to 800 meters occurring in open forests and woodlands (often Box-ironbark type] as well as in open scrubland, heathlands and heathy woodlands nearer the coast in well drained soils.
