ORIGIN: Found in Guerrero and Oaxaca states of Mexico in pine-oak forests at elevations of 2400 to 2700 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Small sized, cold growing epiphyte with clustered, ellipsoid-ovoid, slightly flattened pseudobulbs carrying a single leaf that blooms in the spring on a terminal, erect, simple, 1 to 8 flowered racemose inflorescence.
