ORIGIN: Found in the Bahamas, Hispanola and Cuba in dry and humid subtropical forests from sea-level to 700 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Miniature, hot to warm growing, fan epiphyte with 5 to 6, thick, conduplicate, sickle-shaped, acute, bronze-green leaves that blooms in the late winter on an axillary, to 16" [40 cm] long, many [10 to 15] flowered, racemose to shortly paniculate inflorescence with an occasional, few short branches towards the bottom of the raceme all arising through the leaf axils and carrying the to 20 flowers in an apical cluster.
