ORIGIN: Found in western New Guinea.

DESCRIPTION: Medium sized, pendulous, hot to warm growing epiphyte in shaded areas with clavate, grooved, 12 [30 cm] long, dull yellow pseudobulbs carrying 2 apical, pointed and elliptic leaves that blooms on a short, axillary, pendant, to 6 long, racemose inflorescence arising from the nodes at or near the apex of the cane.
